Keywords
The common cold roll material is 9Cr, 9Cr2, 9CrV, 8CrMoV and so on. The cold roll required surface quench, and hardness is HS45-105. The hot roll usually use the material of 55Mn2, 55Cr,60CrMnMo, 60SiMnMo and so on. There are three common roller, such as cast steel roller, cast iron roll and forge roller. There is also a small quantity of hard alloy roll in bar and shape rolling mill, such as tungsten steel.
